Hi guys. As the title suggests I've bought another old landy. This time it's in much better nick. I've had it sat in my garage for over 2 years now and still haven't had the time or motivation to fix the pretty minor jobs to make it useable.

All it needs mechanically it the swivel hubs, diff seals and brakes front and back. Does anyone know a decent moble mechanic that would be able to do the work. I live in oldham and have a drive to work on but the garage is only just big enough for the landy. I have to exit through the back door!

Thanks for any advice x

You could post up and ask for help from a local member? Every Friday I goes over to assist in the https://www.landyzone.co.uk/land-rover/the-resurrection-of-tufftee-part-deux-o.330644/ perhaps you could offer something nice to eat and of course supply tea an bickies ;)

Nope. 2.25 petrol 4 cylinder 24v.

I need to get it done so it can be used. It's done about 50 miles in 5 years!

Like I say, I'd be looking to some of the local seasoned forum members for a bit of help in exchange for food and beverages, saves you a lot of cash and gives you a new mate to help you out and learn Land Rovery stuff :)

Could you not do it yourself with a bit of guidance. Plenty of local chaps that can give advice. Its only a big meccano kit.

Im up to my ears in a trailer at the mo so couldnt commit but Ive done the same jobs on mine so have the experience. It is pretty easy stuff.
