Hey all

just thought i'd share some good news for a change have been away on hols for two weeks and left the beast out in the cold wet weather etc.

Guess what came back today and she started first time was thinking eka codes etc but well blow me down.

My secret if it it one is I disconnect the battery but keep it on a solar charger direct to the battery, then lock the car up with the key and hey presto.

well I was a very happy boy thinking the worst, what was I worrying about.

No matter how many times I read that ^^^^^ It STILL makes no Sense to me ....

One of us has bin Drinikin Tony .... Do you mean the Car has bin stood with no battery connected to it while you've bin away ???? & then you reconnected it & DID NOT NEED THE EKA CODE ???? .............VERY STRANGE !!!!

yes battery off for 15 days and re connected started first turn of the key how's that for a small miracle in P38 land.

My spares dog always lives with the battery disconnected, never needed the EKA code yet.
