Introduction...Returning back

Just wanted to introduce myself, returning home to UK after 30yrs overseas, to help look after aging parents.
Dad has a 2005 Freelander, with less than 15K mileage, hardly used, and taking up space in a garage, which I'm trying to get ready to sell, however cannot get the immobilizer off, to start engine, which brings me here.

Thanks...been doing a deep dive over in that forum ...as well my dad's garage...he was a huge auto enthusiast...

That's probably the lowest mileage for that year, which isn't in a museum

Yup..He bought it for my mum, she hardly used it..
