introduction discovery2 clutch issue

hi im new to this forum, joined because i have a problem with my 2001 discovery 2 clutch, replaced a year ago with no issues until yesterday, driving home through town no problems got hom stopped fine, went to go out again ...no clutch, no leaks, hyraulic pressure seems fine but it wont go into any gear, ive heard that the clutch fork can and does cause trouble..... before i have the massive job of ripping the gearbox out again does anyone have any ideas?

If you had the clutch done at a garage, perhaps they are obliged to help as 1yr is not long for a new clutch?
