Hi. I have a 2003 Range Rover Autobiography (3ltr Diesel). Recently the Air suspension inoperative fault comes on when driving. The light on the suspension switch also goes off. After a few miles driving the warning disappears and the light reappears. Any ideas what the issue is??

Welcome to the world of "what is it today with you"...
A diagnostic scan help to point you in the right direction?
Corrosion on pins on Ecu's.. ;)

Your EAS needs maintenance most likely. Diagnostics is the way or you could end up changing expensive parts with little success.

Hi dt. Thanks for the response. I took it to the garage and they put it on their computer and diagnosed an "articulation validity fault". They reset it and all was fine however after driving again later the fault came on mid trip again. Do you have any suggestions please... (PS. It's fooked, get rid of it is an acceptable answer).. :)

+1 I chased an EAS fault for some time that ended up being a pin hole in one of the air bags but diagnostic check should get you where you need to be looking whatever the issue.
Tricky.

I know it’s becoming repetitive but diagnostics will tell you, I am using an EAS kicker on a 94 Classic and it will tell me which height sensor has which fault. The later range rovers will plug into lots of diagnostic kits but only some will be able to translate the fault code correctly.
