Just a quickie. Am I supposed to have something over these wire access holes? I need to find a solution before one of my dogs thinks they're both bowls of spaghetti. Would there have been speakers installed or something else? Thanks in advance for yer two bobs worth.

Originally they would have been solid panels. They have been cutout to fit speakers by a previous owner. Your options are replace them with different ones (plenty avaible second hand), fit speakers, or fit panels over to fill the holes.

If I don't go for speakers do you know what the search term is (what are the panels called?) Not getting any joy typing in light covers and 'cargo panels'.

Does anyone know any links or have any pictures of DIY rear cargo van defender 90's (when I say van, panelled sides)? I've been looking at the plastic laselle and massai plastic ones, but (don't be offended if you have em), they lack class, are a ridiculous price (you could put windows in the average semi for the same price) and I basically don't like them. I reckon I could copy the design with a bit of ply, some skank, jigsaw'd internal corners ... but someone might have done something nicer. Cheers.
