Any ideas why the interior lights would come on while locked and stay on whether ur r driving car or not? took out bulbs to stop battery going flat do not switch off when you press buttons in front or rear.

I think its an option_ someone a few weeks ago had the opp prob - never coming on

With ignition on, press and hold centre switch. Message will read Interior Lights On, or Interior Lights Off. Doing it twice should re-set it, if that doesn't work there's a door/tailgate switch gone down.

ok have tried that but not twice in sucession also i forgot to mention indicators dont flash when u lock or unlock? where are the switches for the interior lights in doors ?

switches are inside door latches.......fiddly but do-able!

Indicators not on for arm/disarm prolly related; sort interior lights then try alarm

that makes sence have had trouble with drvrs door lock freezing and disableing engine,lights suddenly came on at 10.00 christmas night been working ok till then

i had the same problem in the interior lights,turned out to be someone had pressed the lights in the back and the button was stuck,i released the button and they worked.investigate the buttons on all of the interior lights.
