Hi All,
I had my engine stethoscope out today and put it on the top of the injector (No1) , the noise was extreme, sounded like metal on metal, tried it on the block and was ok, tried other injectors and they were very noisy but more ‘dull’ sounding.
I released the fuel pipe nut on No1 to bleed it and when it was fairly loose the noise almost disappeared.
does all this sound ‘normal’
