Get under the car that is. Last time I got under I noticed all the screws on the front of the undertray were missing. At the weekend after finally getting a set of ramps I was going to waxoyl the car but then the wire brush evaporated. However I noticed on the rear of the undertray there are two brackets holding the edge of the undertray on one end and connects to the sub frame on the front. Only one is missing another example of someone not being bothered to replace fittings on this vehicle.

I asked one dealer who told me it appeared to be a part of the undertray. Obviously I don't want to buy an undertray for one small bracket. Any body know if this is true or have a part number.

I may be able to help next week, I'm breaking a 5 door so will have loads of parts spare.

That is the rear most bracket. It often comes off the plastic under tray because the brackets and plastic sections are only riveted together.

Aah yes Nodge68. I was under it again with waxoyl and I can now see the it was riveted on to the plastic.

Make one! It's only a bent bit of metal strip!
