what is the difference between a 19j injector pump and a 14j / 12j pump. If so how do I know what I've got on it at the moment? As it's a 19j block but can't tell if it's been deturboed from a TD to a naturally aspirated?

boost diaphragm on bottom side of pump as in this pic
