Aww I wish I had known this. I camped in Church Stile last week. Walked all the way to wasdale head for all their beers and back! Was great! Lovely spot.

That would have been good! Could have gone on a mini-Landyzone cruise

Wasdale Head is grand, did you try Strands out in Nether Wasdale? They have a great micro-brewery with some great ales, although i'm a whisky drinker myself

Would certainly have been up for a Cruise up those parts, many green lanes you know of?

I did try strands! Not impressed by their ales made in house, I enjoyed Ennerdale Breweries ales the most

. The strands have a very large whisky selection (Im truthfully a big whisky fan myself)

Next visit will be planned by my mate and myself, he will bring his defender to see those lanes!
