Suggest you look at RAVE, or you could put a chain round it, attach the other end to a large tree, select low range reverse and floor the throttle!

If only it where that easy. You cant get a Rave for the Sport or D3. You have to subscribe to a web based dealer thing to get any info on these turkeys. Go with the tree, chain combo.

It maybe a good guide if you look at your new bumper and note where the fixings are. There is a good chance they will be roughly in the same place on the car.
