How to find someone with Nanocom to program ignition key?

Trying to find someone with a Nanocom to program in a second key for my 1999 TD5, can any body help please !

That's for no use when it comes to D2, it's only for OBDII compliant or CAN-BUS vehicles, even those tools like e.g. the Launch which has the D2 key programming in it's menu can't finalise the procedure as after it recognioses the fob and saves the code at the end the BCU refuses the syncronisation... i've has several cases myself when i had to interviene with nanocom to finish the job after these kind of OBDII tools were used without success on D2s
