How much should I ask ?

Evening,

I am hoping for a bit of guidance here because I really don't know what price I should ask for.

I have a 1998 R plate auto 300tdi Discovery ES, kingfisher blue. Full grey Leather, cruise, air con , etc. 120K full service history not all main dealer, new alternator,belt tensioner. Maintained regardless of cost.

Upgrades - DE-Carbon gas shocks and steering damper, heavy duty std ride height springs front and rear, ECU blank plate, 5 brand new genuine landrover alloys, 4 good tyres , brand new spare tyre, 12v socket in boot.

Re-mapped ECU by JE Engineering to give -

Stage 1. A 'remapped' tune chip lifts performance by 25% to 170 bhp and 375 Nm (277 lbf.ft) torque.
With around 3 sec. reduction in 0-60mph time & reduced turbo lag, this well rounded tune provides effortless cruising & easier overtaking.

My wife and I fancy a change but as said don't know where to start, don't want to part ex because the garages aren't interested in upgrades etc. so give nothing for them.

Any help in what price and maybe pointers where to sell would be appreciated.

I know what you're saying but I want to go back to having one car and my beloved has never been a fan. I drive a van most of the time and the disco sits for five days a week.

She drives a BMW estate but wants us to go back to a Rangie so still keeping the brand just a different type.

tell her she is a snob lol
only messing i would like the v8 auto rangie myself for comfort reasons.

I'll tell her in the morning on my way out of the door

Think it'll have to be the DHSE (chipped of course) for us or an LPG V8 partially due to the fact that we tow quite a lot.

1998 onwards I think

very posh! would have one myself but the parts are still sky high cost wise for them.

Quick update - I'm sticking with my Disco

Been doing a lot of reading / fact finding and as much as love the DHSE range rover, can't really find too many positive comments about them but plenty of huge repair bill stories.

Gives me a chance to continue with my upgrades any way.
