How lucky I Was today!!

Wagons been in the garage today getting the Front Prop Shaft replaced as the old one was shagged, got the phone call that she was ready for us to collect.

So went down picked her up and started to come back, was a slight shudder and vib in the steering wheel and thought nothing of it as it went away.
Then that bloody noise came back, theres me thinking F&*K the Transfer box has gone this time, so headed back to the garage.

This time feeling cheeky as they've just fixed it and didnt want them to think i was picking etc, they took her for a drive and up on the ramp AGAIN...

While i was looking in through the window I saw everyone drop tools to go have a look, at this point i thought oh dear wallet is going to be very empty now...


Turns out the Brand new Prop had failed on the yoke within 4 miles!!!!!!!
Getting it replaced for free on friday, even they've never seen it happen before.

or they put the old one back on?

Nah, they only had one in stock so have reordered one and sending the duff one back on warantee.

looked spanking new and me old was er shagged big time, would have noticed straight away.

the front prop is off at the mo and in Diff High just to get me back to work. Just taking it steady.
