how do u fix the rev counter

the rev counter has been broken since i bought it and im wondering if there is an easy way of fixing it. is it a common fault with the old 19j engines?

a rev counter on the 19j enjin.
im sure the alternator doesnt have the w connector on it,unless you have a newer one fitted

you sure it's not your clock that's broken - the hand would move at about the same speed as a rev counter on a 19J

it used to have a v8 petrol in it so maybe its the counter from that. is ther any way for me to make the counter work tho?

it wont work, get a diesel counter

get an alternator with w connector on it,then buy a rev counter for a diesal not petrol
