How do I remove windscreen pillar cover?

As the title says, how do I remove the black plastic cover that hides the windscreen pillar?

I can see there are 3 plastic rivets by the door, do I just drill these out?

If so where do I get replacements and do I need any special tools to refit them?

They are designed as a 1 shot item, to remove them "Normally" you simply punch the centre pin in and the rest will come out easily, so do this is if you have spares, How ever they can be saved by

Get a VERY small drill and drill down the centre of the pin, then insert a NO1 screw extractor in and you can then pull the centre out and re-use them.

Once they are off, you simply heave on the trim forwards and outwards till it unclips.

Take NOTE of which way round the 3 metal clips are, then fit the clips to the trim ready for refit.
