so guys what are you using for difflock vacume hose these days?


I need some for my 72 RRC and both stu and I cannot get any, the dont sell it a motorfactors anymore and LR dont have it so what can I use and more importantly where can I get it?

I've got a parts book but I couldn't find the diaphragm in it:(

However, when I fit the R380, you're welcome to mine.

On the subject of vac hose, am I missing something? I don't remember it being anything special, just the same stuff as you have for the vacuum advance on he dizzy. Personnally if I was doing mine now, I would use the silicon hose that the boy racers use. There are shed loads on ebay, different colours / diameters and it doesn't perish...fit and forget.

Failing that, you can have the stuff I took of the disco cruise control if it is any good to you:)

Thanks mate, I just dont know what size I need , and as I am making this one my new baby I wanted proper stuff.

I just bought a parts book for up to 77 on ebay for a tenner. seems I always end up doing that lol :doh:

I would love that hose if you have got it mate, I will come over when we both tie up.

And I look forward to the other bits :D
