horns wont stop

Hi my p38 started blowing horns when i was shopping .i started the car up with horn blowing then they stopped i got home and stopped car and off they went again so i removed relay and the are off i dont think it is the alarm any help please

Could be the rotary coupler behind the steering wheel has failed, or the relay, fuse box, wiring etc.
Alarm uses a separate sounder.
