I would raise to extended ride height, leave a door open and lift.....
Reason I say extended is because in access with not so much air in the bags, as you lower the car again, there might be more possibility of the bag folding over itself and getting snagged, whereas at extended height as the weight comes back on, the bag will already be fairly full off air preventing the bag from folding incorrectly and getting pinched.
Whenever I have lifted the L322 on the side sill points letting the wheel(s) dangle, this is how I have done it.
When she sits back on the floor, you need to give her a jiggle or go for a drive, as the geometry of the suspension means, as the suspension articulates, the road wheels actually move inwards as the wheel is lifted off the floor and outwards as weight comes back on, so going for a drive will allow the suspension to settle back correctly....else it looks like a tyre is going to pop off as tyres grab the floor and the rims try to move outwards again!
