Hill decent light

Hi,
Ive got a freelander td4 (53plate)
The other day the hill decent light has come on and won't turn off.
Ive had a quick search but can't find anything that links with mine as most people say they have traction control light on aswell but Ive only got the hill decent one on.
I did have to change the brake switch in January as the old 3 amigos lights came on which I changed for the modded one with modded harness

Any advise?
Car drives fine

When this happened to me it was a break in the cable from the switch on the gear stick under the gear shift gaitor.
