A Class 4 laser is anything more powerful than 500mW (half a Watt) and is considered extremely hazardous and not suitable for consumer use.
Given that this thing claims to be 1000W and 39 bucks, there is a strong smell of BS on this ad.

The unit I have seen has a similar sized head unit but is controlled by a machine the size of a road compressor including wheels and tow hitch.
No idea if this is a similar tool.
