looking for a bit of advice on my defender 300tdi if anyone has any ideas.
The engine starts fine but idling is sometimes lumpy and hunting, but all the time the idle is fast. Probably over 1k, the car drives ok but is really low on power noticed especially in 5th on even the slightest hill. As far as I’m aware the fuel pump has never been messed with, it still had the original boost pin in the standard orientation and the fuel screw still with the plastic cover over it.
