Next problem.

The high beam has stopped working on my 90, it still 'flashes' when i pull the lever towards me..but nothing when i try to have constant high beam (its wired to my roof spots and its the same, no constant, but can flash).

Fuses are ok...wiring ok...bulbs obviously ok...is there a relay for these

Gotta be the dip/main switch itself - everything beyond that is shared, so if it works for flash...

Should be simple enough to test with a multimeter.

Just before a recent trip back to Blighty for crimble I treated myself to some 100w bulbs (as well as my 100w spots) Half way up to Calais pitch black in a snow storm all mi lights went  managed to botch on full beam with a screw driver into hi-low stalk for the remaining 150 miles much to the delight of on coming traffic :D

Changed melted stalk as soon as I got to Blighty & the bastid went again on the way back (melted again) luckily only a few miles from home.

On mi 3rd stalk now and neadless to say have put original bulbs back in :)

Have fun !
