Hi there new to site. 4.2 supercharged help.

Hi there, looking to get a post 2006 range rover. Seen a 2006 4.2 supercharged vouge. Its got quite high millage. 150,000 with 8 service stamps. What kind of things should I look out for. Been to look at one all ready but the arches were bad with rust. Should I be put off with this amount of millage? Any help would be much appreciated.
