my mates brought a 3.9 v8 took the fuel pump out of the tank to play with his sender, after putting it back to getther it wont start after messing about with it weve got it run when you slacken the the return pipe of the pump it starts and runs fine but as soon as you tighten it back up it cuts out, iv took the pump back out and blown down the return pipe to check it not block and it isnt, any ideas thanks.
