help!

can enayone help my 300tdi disco was runing ruff with no power and black and white smoke the air filter was wet so a replacd the filter and its still the same .
i noticd that the top intercooler pipe was flexing when the engin was revd so i disconected the pipe and its runing better .

so i have removd the inter cooler and stuck the hose throu it and sum crap hase came out of it eg mud .dirt but no oil
can enayone sugest why there would be a vackume in the top turbo pipe uther than the block in the intercooler thanks

most of what your askin dont make a lot of sense mate- for instance if you disconnect your top intercooler pipe youl hav no boost at all (no power) .vac pipe in top turbo hose ?
??? an its obviouslty been well out of its depth in puddy crap -
run it by us again but explain which pipes u mean in depth
