Help with fault codes

Hi my name is justin and have been having some problems with my 2002 l322 had a diagnostics done and got

P3505
P0404
P1190
P1e30
P1250
Now can some one help with what thay are and what parts I am going to need as this is the 1st time I have put her on a diagnostics and I have changed the 2 fuel pumps and fuel filter and cleaned the egf and cleaned the injections and done a full service and change the turbo lines thanks justin

How do you know they arnt old codes? Have you cleared them then scanned again?
