assuming you have taken the caliper and housing off yes they are a drum brake there is a service hole in the face of a disc find the adjuster in the hole and back off the adjuster then undo the retain screw on the disc. when readjusting the brakes there is a certain procedure to follow

As said, release the adjuster so the disk spins round, undo the retaining pin, then wack them off :)

adjuster is like a screw on a thread you wind back with a flat blde screwdriver.
i have the procedure somewhere at work but from what i remember you adjust the brakes up until a toque of 40-70 nm when you turn the hub on the hub nut with a torque wrench. then there is a 4mm allen key you only slacken off 1/2 turn or so. give the drum a couple of taps with a hammer then tighten the allen key up. then it is important to back the brakes off 8 clicks . thats from what i remember so don't take this as being exactly right so if anyone can also confirm this as its a while since i did one, and if its adjusted wrong it can damage the park brake system

i should note i have found it impossible to get accurate torque figures when turning the hub unless i use a digtal torque wrench. if your not in a rush i can try and find out the proper paper with all instructions and post it up for you
