Help Please

Hi all, new to the site so please feel free to insult at will!
But I would really appreciate some help please.
Have an annoying problem with my 2007 Freelander 2, what's new there then I hear many saying?
Just had the clutch sorted, new concentric slave fitted. Afterwards car went mad!
Loud thumping noise from the rear when accelerating, its as if you have gone over a large ridge in the road? This happens in both 1st and 2nd gear but doesn't seem to happen in the higher gears.
Also have a warning display stating that "special programmes are not available"
Driving me crazy, Only started after the clutch work was carried out.
Any help would gratefully received.

You need to get the codes read. Special programmes can be deactivated for many reasons.
I'd be taking it back to the place that did the clutch.
