Help..... p38 no windows, sunroof or mirrors!!!

Hi all, i am in desperate need of some advice, my windows, mirrors, and sunroof will not open? we have checked all the fuses and they are all ok! the dash is not throwing up any faults so really no idea on what to do? i have spent alot of money getting all sorts of things done to it and really dont want to spend anymore unless i know it will defor sort the prob. ANY advice welcome. Thanks

:welcome2: may I suggest you try searching this problem as this question is CONSTANTLY asked over and over again.

The answer is though that your window switch pack, the bit where all the switches are, is shagged and you will need a new one. Don't know the price of one from the dealers im afraid.

The part number for the bit is AMR2697 - ring the dealer and get a price, say you want the price plus the Allegiance discount as well and you will get 10% off the price.

Would avoid places like eBay for them unless you get a guarantee - alot of dead ones, like yours, end up on there.

Look HERE under switches about half way down page, its the Switch Pack - centre console - for electric window lift sunroof
to WA410481 only for vehicles with sunroof.

£109 +vat
Alternatively you can remove the switch pack and check the electrical connectors and pins in the loom plug, they don't like water.

that looks like its for the whole switch pack plus the black surround bit, the part number I gave above is just for the switch pack itself so hopefully it may be just a bit cheaper.

Wonder why that site reckons on their switch pack only being up to WA410481

Nope, i had a quote for switch pack from dealer £117 +vat
So cheaper and better value to buy the lot, and less work to replace.
