Help my boot wont shut!

Hi Guys
Just gone out to check my Disco (1996) The boot latch was a bit sticky, stuck my finger in & the latch which turned over, now I cant shut the boot the latch bangs on the locator. can anyone help? LandyAnnie

rofl, stick ya finger back in and pull it while yer lift the latch

have you taken your finger out before shuttin the door?
try holdin the handle open an flickin the latch out with a screwdriver or something

try pushin the latch further closed, ie second click then try again

No it wasnt but it worked second time around. Bit of a cold night for fiddling around outside!
