Help identifying part

Hi everyone, was just having a look around my 2005 td4 freelander 1, had it 3 years and absolutely no problems.

However I noticed this piece of foil tube looks split but I have no idea what it is, does anyone have any ideas?

It's used as a thermal radiation shield, to protect the IRD coolant pipe.
A small split isn't going to hurt anything.
