hi all complete newbie to landy's just bought a old freelander 1 2003 td4 serengeti to use as a tow car and looking forward to being part of this forum

Loads of knowledgeable Hippo guys here they will help:) when you have problems;)

Am sure they will run through checks you need to do too.

Hi Marjon just towing an old fleetwood 1300-2 caravan, sorry no pics yet as as it needs bit of work to tidy it up, and odd job to get through mot which is due next month.

can i ask what are hippo guys not a term ive heard of as a newbie lol

During the Freelander press launch one of the reporters said the Freelander looked like a hippo (not me) and LR picked up on this and used it in their advertising.
