Hello all had a 2014 Freelander 2 for just over a week, paranoid about noises coming from the rear end but loving it all the same

Is it the sound of er motor running and a bumping at the same time when switching oft, coming from the rear?

Thanks, I’m not sure but it sounds like a motor running after about 50mph, probably my tinnitus playing up or I’ve read to many horror stories about diffs and barings...
