Hi, found this site through google, as you do, looking for info about maintenance.
Bought a 110 CSW about 2-3weeks ago, welded a plate in the chassis (which I knew about, but it grew), have removed the swiss cheese mid-crossmember and a new one on order to fit in the near future. Got a couple of brackets to make to fit x-member, get some Al plate TIGd to patch the holes under the rear seats, then a further hole I found just back from the mid x-member. Paint chassis outside when all this is done, do the chassis inner over the summer and get the underside waxolyed, or dinitrol'd, no sure yet.
It's all new to me, so terminology is a bit hit or miss, but love the truck and fixing it, brings back memories of my Spitfire!

Hello Florncakes,

Welcome to the loonyzone

Hope you enjoy the 110. do nto forget to service the engine.....
Shout out if you want help.

Cheers

Thanks Neilly
Progress has been made - the 2nd row floor has been lifted and the chassis has been cleaned of rust and POR15'd. I've taken the opportunity to remove the upstand and floor under the seats and have fabbed a new section to go in.
I've got an end piece (passenger side) surplus to requirements. Don't want anything for it personally but if you find this useful a donation to my RideLondon charity would be greatly appreciated please. Located in Bicester, so fairly central to many. I can make a driver's side if you wish.
Thanks
Graham
