Hi,

I am brand new to the world of land rovers...
Just bought myself a 1975 series 3 that needs a lot of work doing on it. I'm not a mechanic and have never had the need to even have a go, but people tell me the LR community are a friendly bunch, and no better vehicle to learn on????

S3 is currently in the garage getting a bit of welding done just to get it through the MOT... Galvanised chassis and bulkhead ordered along with long list of other bits including parabolic springs and shocks...

The guy I bought it off is going to show me the ropes, so hopefully by middle of July should have something near usable

Will likely be asking for lots of advise on the way so here we are
