Heating

Hi everyone, some advice is greater needed lol, I have a disco 4 which had an oil leak, that is now sorted, but after putting the front back and doing the plumbing back in, and running up and bleeding through. All is good apart from one little thing !!! I have no heating in the car, this happened when I had the belts replaced, i brought a new heater control valve, that sits on NS inner wing.
Question is ? Is there something that I missed that would kick start valve or do I I need to by another new one ...

Hi, I've released the bleed valve at the back of the block and water is coming through !!

What about the one on the front cross over hose ? and one on the expansion tank ...
