heater problem

hi all im going to look at a p38 2.5 diesel today. new to range rover ownership. it has hot air coming out of passanger side dashboard vents but only cold air on driver side. anybody experienced this before. been told its the blend motor???? thanks in advance for any help you can give me

Yes there will also be book symbol on hevac display- people say they are a horrendous job-but there are short cuts

:welcome2:Welcome, it's a common blend motor problem, you can try running the temperature control up to max and down to min a few times, a small chance it might free off. Otherwise www.rangerovers.net for a guide to replacement.
