Done to death I know 😏 I’ve got mine out at the moment as I’m taking the roof off to do another couple of jobs and they are a mess. Not just sagging vinyl, but the actual backing of the liner is soft with no rigidity in it. I think it’s been soaked at some point and it’s broken down the compressed material it’s made from. I’m wondering if I can get it flattened out on a surface if there is a hardening gel or resin I can paint on to give it some rigidity back ?? I considered fibreglass as well, but it needs to have some form of flexibility to get it back in. Any ideas anyone ???

Pricey… I do have a truck cab one fitted & no way is this every going to sag.if your motors a keeper it may be worth it.

If not there is a gel that you can put on rotten type wood to harden it back up. May be this would work on yours
I looked at Lasalle a while back and ruled them out as too costly for me. I also thought of the wood hardener, I think it’s a Ronseal product, and I have some somewhere I might try on a small area. I think it might just crack when it goes back in. I’m thinking along the lines of the same stuff expanding foam is made from, but without the expanding bit….if that makes any sense 🤔
