head torq settings needed

hi would ant one know the head torq settings for the head bolts on a 89 200tdi disco. plus also need the valve settings please.

valve clearance 8 thou /0.20mm, head bolts 40nm tighten twice as first bolts will loose as gasket is compressed then 60 degrees then another 60 degrees ,one bolt flat is 60 degrees if you mark bolt and head you can turn bolt round to next flat ,mark each bolt as you tighten it ,after each 60 degrees
