Can someone tell me what torque i should pull the head bolts down to on my 300 tdi

no torque figure for the head bolts other than the first stage - done by degrees after that. Download Rave or if you are fitting an elring gasket the settings are within the packaging

3 stages in the specified order:
1) 40Nm
2) 60 deg
3) 60 deg
Hope you skimmed the head and have a manual!
