hard to start

I have a 1995 land rover discovery which has been running well but lately it has become very difficult to start the car in the mornings after sitting overnight in the cold/I have taken it to some experts on foreign cars and they have changed some things in the car but still it does it all the times when the temp is very low.The car is packed outside.What is wrong?
