hey all
any one have answers for these?
I have a Disco 2 TD5...
Pedal-Is it normal to pump the brake pedal with the engine running & it to go hard after 4 pumps? I can pull away after doing so & after a few seconds brakes are normal...
TC-Im aware of all the TC/HDC/ABS issues but sometimes when TC kicks in, the light flashes on & I get a groan from the drivers side of the engine bay & then the 3 lights will stay on until the engine is turned off-they stay off when restarted...

Any thoughts welcome!

all you need to do is have the engine turned off and then pump the brake pedal until it goes solid, with your foot still on the brake pedal start the engine and if all is ok you should feel the pedal go down a little.this means everything is fine with the servo but if the pedal stays hard then you have a faulty servo.
