Disco 1 handbrake side of rear prop (SORTED)

hey guys been out working on the disco again and trying to sort out some things anyway basics of it all i've removed the rear side of the prop no problem however the handbrake drum side dont want to play last time i removed it with a 14mm (yes i know i should use a 9/16 but i dont have one to hand) anyway this time the 14mm is trying to round off one of the nuts and the one it has started to undo is undoing the stud not the nut!

so my question is a simple one for some of you
will it be safe to remove the studs with the nuts on them or will that start a whole new level of problems
