handbrake cable question

i have changed my lt77 for a r380 on my 200tdi just the hand brake left to do i have tapped the 2 holes on the transfer box ready to fit the 200 linkage/drum and backplate, before i do does anyone know if you can just fit a 300 cable instead, are the hand brake end of the cables the same

different cables altogether ,you would need to change lever assembly too to fit 300 hand brake

many thanks i thought it could'nt be that simple i'll go back to plan A
