H.I.D Headlamp Conversion

Hiya ,

Has anyone fitted one of these H.I.D headlamp conversion kits ?

I know they give off better light but im not sure how legal they are and if fitted does the headlamp aim change , do they headlamp alignment need to be adjusted ??

They should only alter the headlight intensity.
They are legal, and as long as you dont disturb the headlight adjusters then no adjustment should be required.
A simple check would be to turn the lights on and shine onto a flat surface, mark the beam centres, make the change and check again against the same point.

I fitted a set a couple of weeks ago. I can confirm that headlight alignment and beam pattern do not change. They are *very* bright but I have not had any oncomming drivers flashing their headlights at me, so they must be aimed ok. MOT is due in a couple of weeks, so I will know for certain then.
