Grinding noise when engine gets warm

Hi. I have just heard a squeak/grinding noise after about a mile of starting off. Everything else drives fine, sound I think is coming from under gear stick I think. Having just purchased landy and drove it around for a week with no issues I am now a little cautious. First landy and all.

PS, don't put your full Postcode, GL55 is plenty .. or even just the name of your town .. Landies of any flavour are relatively easy to steal ...
