P38A GEMS Serpentine Tensioner Bearing

Has anyone ever changed the bearing in the tensioner, rather than the entire assembly ? Or is there a part number for just the pulley ?

It seems to measure 38mm outer x 17mm inner x 12mm thick. Number on the bearing is 6203LB, but I can only find 40mm x 17mm online.

You can buy the entire pulley assembly..

Try giving Wych Bearings a call.

Is replacing the bearing a wise move? I'm sure the pulley won't last for ever

Uk seems expensive probably work out cheaper to buy the tensioner pulley complete.

Just ordered the complete tensioner. Seems a shame that they cannot provide the pulley with bearing. It's only held onto the tensioner with a single bolt.
