P38A Gearbox problems

Hi all,

This is for a DHSE auto.

I've had this fault for a while but it seemed to had stopped for a few months but has now come back. As the car changes gear (I think between 1&2) it jolts. I got told that this could be a sticky valve but that does not mean to much to me. Does anyone know what this is and possible diagnostics?

Get some Lucas Transfix and do an oil change and put that in and run it for a couple of thousand miles and do a repeat oil change this stuff can work wonders on valve blocks

Thanks, I should probably fix the oil cooler leak I have then.
